About Me- Kirstin Zullo Licensed Massage Therapist

Kirstin Zullo has been a practicing Massage Therapist for over 27 years.  Kirstin specializes in a wide variety of massage techniques, with a special focus on sports and common muscle injuries.  Ms. Zullo works on marathon runners, high school athletes, and cyclists, in addition to performing Manual Lymph Drainage sessions on cancer survivors, chemotherapy patients, and clients recovering from surgery. The main focus of this practice is on medical massage, including all forms of injury treatment and various massage modalities. In addition to maintaining a very busy private practice, Kirstin has also worked with the area’s top-day spas.

EDUCATION

Ms. Zullo began her health care career in 1996 with a Massage Therapy degree from the prestigious Swedish Institute. She graduated with high honors and continued her education by learning many other massage modalities, such as MLD (manual lymph drainage,) Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, and most recently, Cupping Therapy.

Kirstin’s other education credentials include a Professional Membership in The Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional Group; a Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society member, a Bachelors Degree from Concordia College in English Literature, and an Associates Degree in Computer Networking from The College of Westchester.

In addition to massage, Kirstin also holds a certificate in personal training from the elite ACSM; American College of Sports Medicine. As a result of this dual profession, Kirstin’s muscle and anatomy awareness are at heights that many therapists do not achieve. Although Kirstin no longer does personal training, she works closely with one of Westchester County’s premier Personal Trainers, Alba Carrasco. LOCATION

Although Ms. Zullo has her office in Yonkers, NY, she is also available for Chair Massage Appointments and House Calls for those clients who can not make it to the office or simply just need to treat themselves to a relaxing day at home.

Prices for chair massage and house calls vary depending on the client’s location.
