I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 30 years, providing professional, personalized massage to clients in Yonkers and throughout Westchester County.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients of all ages and activity levels, including athletes, runners, cyclists and clients recovering from injuries or surgery.

My areas of focus include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Injury Recovery, Post-Surgical Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Education & Training

I am a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, where I completed my massage therapy training with high honors.

Over the years, I have continued my education with additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage and Cupping.

I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have training and experience as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. My background in massage therapy, anatomy, movement and fitness allows me to bring a well-rounded understanding of the body to every session.
